Your Mission  

Ensures the smooth running of production activities in the UET area. 

 
Key Responsibilities 

•     Organizes Production: 

  • Receives orders according to the production schedule. 

  • Organizes human and material resources (shift start, task allocation, attendance, etc.). 

  • Validates the first OK part. 

  • Validates the start of production and Level 1 & 2 maintenance. 

  • Periodically checks compliance with production conditions (quality, quantity, etc.). 

 

  • Trains Subordinate Staff: 

  • Trains new personnel assigned to the team.  

  • Proposes training to develop and ensure operator versatility.  

  • Evaluates operator versatility and updates the matrix according to procedure.  

  • Trains subordinates regarding changes in working methods or procedures.  

  • Trains subordinates on quality-related issues.  

  • Periodically evaluates operators. 

  • Responsible for UET Management: 

  • Fills in indicators on the production line.  

  • Maintains and updates the UET board.  

  • Organizes daily and monthly meetings within the UET. 

 

  • Responsible for Continuous Improvement: 

  • Proposes improvement ideas.  

  • Encourages operators to submit improvement ideas and promotes them. 

 

  • Responsible for Standardization: 

  • Ensures compliance with safety rules and proper use of equipment on subordinate production lines.  

  • Ensures operators follow work instructions.  

  • Ensures adherence to workstation reference status and line reference status.  

  • Ensures shelves are stocked with components.  

  • Conducts OPTs and 5S audits.  

  • Completes TRS (Technical Reliability Score).  

  • Fills in scrap/reject forms.  

  • Ensures necessary documents are available at the workstation. 

 

  Escalates alert thresholds and any line stoppages lasting 30 minutes or longer.  

  Participates in the industrialization of new projects.  

  Checks job cards.  

  Attends meetings at the red table, complaint analyses, and interdepartmental meetings.  

  Maintains confidentiality of company-related information and documents.  

  Identifies and reports problems within the scope of activity and implements appropriate corrective actions. 

 
What You’ll Bring 

  • Education: Secondary / Higher education 

  • Previous Experience: Experience working in shifts and in a production environment (preferably automotive) 

  • Skills and Competencies: Customer orientation; Teamwork; Sense of responsibility; Communication skills (rapid and accurate message transfer); Coordination ability; Analytical thinking; Action-oriented mindset. 

  • Advanced level of Romanian language – mandatory requirement.
