Your Mission  

Coordinates the activity of operators, setters, and the dryingsystem operators to ensure production continuity, in accordance with the work instructions. 

 
Key Responsibilities 

  • Collaborates with other company departments in order to optimize production processes. 

  • Communicates daily the information necessary for production to subordinate personnel. 

  • Collects and reports daily data regarding activity parameters at the end of the shift, as well as production issues and defects, by completing the OEE form. 

  • Collaborates with the shift supervisor from the previous shift (TOP 5, connection with the previous/next shift), including related actions. 

  • Evaluates operators to obtain feedback following training sessions or workshops. 

  • At the beginning of the shift, reviews aspects related to: tracking board, stocks, and releases raw materials into production according to the PDP and priorities. 

  • Manages daily results – reports daily results/actions to the Production Manager. 

  • Maintains communication with support functions (Maintenance, HSE, QA) to ensure rapid problem resolution. 

  • Ensures that operators wear appropriate equipment. 

  • Checks production volume at set intervals and takes appropriate measures in case of non-compliance. 

  • Operates tools or equipment within normal operating parameters; notifies the technical department of any malfunction or defect. 

  • Ensures compliance with quality standards for products manufactured within their area of activity, in accordance with IATF 16949 standards, and observes ESD rules within the production area. 

  • Identifies and reports issues arising within their area of responsibility and carries out appropriate corrective actions. 

  • Plans/adjusts the number of operators at injection molding machines according to the production schedule, while monitoring and meeting delivery deadlines. 

  • Ensures the availability of the documentation required to carry out the production process. 

  • Carries out any other tasks assigned by the direct superior in achieving the company’s short-term strategies, within the limits of competence and legal compliance. 

  • Maintains confidentiality of company-related information and documents. 

 

 
What You’ll Bring 

  • Secondary or higher education. 

  • Previous experience working in shifts and in a production environment (preferably in the automotive industry). 

  • Proficient in Excel. 

  • Team coordination and development skills, with a focus on motivation and constructive feedback. 

  • Open minded, good communicator, proactive and energetic. 

  • Advanced level of Romanian – mandatory.
