Mission:

Carries out the receipt of raw materials according to the transport documents, ensuring the security and integrity of the received goods.

Responsibilities:

• Handles goods (loading/unloading) in safe conditions;
• Collects all documents from carriers and submits them to the reception office manager for the SAP system receipt;
• Checks that the physically delivered goods match the accompanying delivery note;
• Labels boxes that cannot be scanned;
• Labels the injection raw material after receiving it, according to the delivery slip;
• Performs the delivery slip receipt in SAP;
• Checks goods listed in the so-called NON AQP list provided by the Quality Department; if the goods in the manifest include items found on this list, they will be transferred both in SAP and physically to the RSRC warehouse;
• Finalizes and verifies the SAP receipt by scanning barcodes of the goods and assigning locations in SAP;
• Stores raw materials on shelves and in the warehouse in a way that ensures a proper workflow in storage areas;
• Participates in the company’s periodic and annual inventories;
• Operates tools or equipment (forklift, pallet truck) within normal functioning parameters and reports any defects or malfunctions to the Technical Department;
• Takes all necessary measures to avoid damage caused by fire, destruction, or deterioration;
• Reports to the hierarchical superior any issues identified in the activity area and carries out the appropriate corrective actions;
• Is responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the SAP system related to specific activities;
• Is accountable to hierarchical supervisors for the proper fulfillment of duties, tasks, and responsibilities;
• Is personally, materially, and disciplinarily liable for any destruction, damage, loss, or theft of equipment, tools, or any inventory items if proven to be caused by negligence;
• Must keep the workplace and the department’s assigned area clean;
• Executes any other tasks assigned by the hierarchical superior for achieving the company’s short-term strategies, within the limits of competence and legal requirements.

What we are looking for:

• Forklift operator license
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• High school education
• Open minded, good communicator, proactive and energetic
