Your Mission
Handle goods safely; Ensure the security and integrity of goods in the company’s warehouses; Ensure the preparation of raw materials, goods, finished products, and packaging to support the smooth operation of production lines; Optimize and consolidate goods within warehouse locations to ensure a smooth flow in storage areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Create picking orders based on the targets of the assembly line and scan each material individually, estimating the required quantity together with the operator;
- Print picking lists and prepare the necessary goods for each line, delivering them to the specific line as quickly as possible;
- Handle goods (load/unload/transport) safely;
- Check information sources to receive orders that need to be prepared for transfer to production: email, direct supervisor, trays, and regular visits to the assembly section;
- Transfer goods both physically and in the system between the company’s warehouses to ensure the flow of raw materials;
- Remove from shelves any goods suspected of quality issues or other defects;
- Keep the self-service area stocked with packaging materials;
- Load, scan, and remove remaining raw materials from the lines after order completion;
- Continuously and daily verify that goods stored in the warehouse are kept safely and that pallets and boxes are not damaged;
- Participate in periodic and annual company inventories;
- Operate tools or equipment (scanner, etc.) within normal operating parameters and report any faults or malfunctions to the direct supervisor.
What You’ll Bring

Education: Secondary / Higher education

Previous Experience: Experience working in shifts and in a production environment (preferably automotive)

Skills and Competencies: Customer orientation; Teamwork; Sense of responsibility; Communication skills (rapid and accurate message transfer); Coordination ability; Analytical thinking; Action-oriented mindset.

Advanced level of Romanian language – mandatory requirement.
