ROLE: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Sibiu, Romania

Mission:

Ensures the continuous operation of the equipment and machines used in the assembly lines and provide technical solutions

Responsibilities: 

• Check and ensure the proper functioning of the equipment in the production area, as well as ensure the support for the organization, planning and achievement of the objectives within the department
• Define corrective actions for maintaining indicators at the set level
• Design, draw and order spare parts for mold elements
• Contribute to the application of the best technical and economic solutions for the maintenance works specific to the molds
• Follow the elaboration of own budgets regarding the purchase of equipment, consumables for molds / molding
• Participate in maintenance and development of maintenance capabilities for molds                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          

What we are looking for: 

• University degree technical
• Romanian and english language: mandatory
• Knowledge of 2D, 3D technical drawing
• Knowledge of Autocad, Catia, SolidWorks
• Resourceful and self-motivated, able to manage multiple deliverables.
• A challenging and enquiring mindset.
• Enjoy building relationships.
