Your Mission  

To ensure the accuracy and efficiency of inbound logistics processes by monitoring goods reception, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and supporting optimal stock integrity and supplier performance, while contributing to the continuous improvement and stabilization of back-office operations. 

 
Key Responsibilities 

• Analysis of discrepancies between physical receipt, ASN, and ERP booking 
• Management of cases in the platform (quantity differences, documents, invoices) 
• Investigation of booking errors and their impact on inventory 
• Monitoring dock utilization and identifying bottlenecks 
• Analysis and reporting of Supplier Delivery Performance 
• Proposing corrective and preventive measures to stabilize the inbound process 

 
What You’ll Bring 

• Secondary education diploma 

• Attention to detail and thoroughness in document verification. 

• Strong organizational skills and effective time management. 

• Observational skills and ability to maintain focus. 

• Advanced level of Romanian language – mandatory requirement.
