Your Mission
Coordinates the industrialization of new projects in the production plant and oversees product–process modification activities, in accordance with the Antolin procedure for the assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities

Manages Process–Product changes at Antolin Sibiu, in alignment with procedure GA P-12.2 (Change Management) for the assigned projects (both pre-series and projects already in mass production).

Coordinates the activities described in procedure GA P12 – Product–Process Change Management.

Organizes internal kick-off meetings, monitors progress, and records all changes in the document change history I-P122-C.

Distributes I-P122-A Product–Process Change Analysis to all involved departments.

Ensures that each department performs the risk analysis, defines the scope and its capability to meet requirements, by evaluating technical feasibility

Analyzes together with the project team the economic and technical impact caused by the implemented change.

Opens the change request in BEONE and monitors compliance with the actions and deadlines established in DdM (BEONE).

Submits ECR / DCR / PCR change requests to the customer, keeping key stakeholders (Commercial - Responsible / Sales <KAM> and internal Customer Quality responsible) in the distribution list.

Manages location changes (transfers) for injection molds and/or assembly lines (processes already in mass production), following procedure I-P122-D (Change Location).

Monitors the timely completion of activities according to the established timeline.

Escalates when activities are delayed and jeopardize the timely and risk-controlled implementation of the change.

Ensures validation of the change with the customer, or internally depending on the situation, and closes the change request.

Ensures constant communication between the Project Development Team and the plant (all departments).

Acts as the active interface between the project development team and the plant team responsible for project launch.

Coordinates the plant team’s activities for projects within their area of responsibility.

Ensures the transmission of relevant project information to the plant team.

Actively follows up on the completion of plant activities according to the project phase.

Communicates blocking points encountered in different project phases to the project team.

Escalates critical topics when they endanger project timing, customer deliveries, or product conformity.

Ensures implementation of the Safe Launch plan in the plant.

Monitors the achievement of project KPIs.

Participates in the review of project start-up information – according to procedure PPCR 2 / process P06.2.

Participates in the review of first project phase closure information – detailed in process I-P061-K.

Participates in the review of second project phase closure information – detailed in process I-P061-K.

Follows up on OFF-TOOL parts manufacturing – according to procedure I-P063-Q (IPA0).

Follows up on OFF-PROCESS parts manufacturing – according to procedure I-P063-Q (IPA1).

Participates in the review of third project phase closure information – detailed in process I-P061-K.
-
Participates in the review of project closure data – detailed in process I-P061-K.

Participates in the preparation of “Lessons Learned” – in accordance with procedure G-P061-I.
What You’ll Bring

Have University studies – technical (mandatory)

Speak English at an advanced level (mandatory)

Have at least 3-5 years of experience in automotive (mandatory)

Experience in communicating with customers (mandatory)

Have good knowledge in Excel
-
Have abilities to work in a fast moving environment, with tight deadlines
