Your Mission
Responsible for the internal audit activity, including the development of the annual internal audit plan, ensuring the execution of internal audits in accordance with the plan, and monitoring the implementation of actions defined in the action plans.
Key Responsibilities

He/She is responsible for the quality processes on the assigned production lines, ensuring compliance with the established objectives – quality, cost, profitability, and legal requirements.

Collaborates with the project implementation team on quality-related aspects and ensures the transfer from the pre-series phase to the mass production phase.

Works with the product audit team and ensures that product inspections are carried out in accordance with internal and customer requirements.

Performs process audits according to internal and customer requirements, workstation audits, product audits, and documentation audits.

Develops action plans for non-conformities identified during audits.

Organizes meetings to define actions, appoints responsible persons, and follows up on the implementation of actions.

Verifies the effectiveness of implemented actions and communicates the results to the Process Quality Manager.

Monitors the achievement of internal and external quality targets (complaints, PPM, scrap rate, etc.).

Reports internal and external quality indicators and establishes measures as needed.

Analyzes non-conforming products from the production lines.

Plans the update of defect boards on the production lines.

Prepares red-tag parts.
-
Verifies the performance of equipment capability tests.
-
Checks, for each project, the availability of IPA documentation.

Escalates situations to the department manager when external resolution is required.

Blocks and unblocks production lines.
-
Periodically checks defect boards and red-tag parts.
-
Prepares internal quality alerts.
-
Inventories semi-finished and finished products in the quarantine area (“jail”) and ensures compliance with the maximum holding time target in quarantine.

Participates in the implementation of product and process changes.

Prepares and updates control plans.
-
Participates in drafting work instructions.
-
Carries out any other tasks assigned by the direct superior in implementing the company’s short-term strategies, within the limits of competence and in compliance with legal requirements.

Maintains the confidentiality of company-related information and documents.

University studies – technical

Speaks English and Romanian at an advanced level

Proficient in Excel

Good use of Quality Tools (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, SPC, Control Plan)

Knowledge of FMEA- is considered an advantage

ISO / TS 16949- automotive industry- good knowledge

Open minded, good communicator, proactive and energetic

Used to working in a fast moving environment, with tight deadlines and a flexible approach
