Your Mission  

Ensure the necessary personnel are recruited to fill vacant positions within the company by sourcing, interviewing, and matching candidates to the required profile.

 
Key Responsibilities

Participates in the organization and coordination of the entire recruitment and selection process for assigned vacant positions.

Actively communicates with managers involved in the recruitment and selection process, jointly determining the requirements of vacant positions and the candidate profiles.

Responsible for preparing, drafting, and updating documentation related to the recruitment and selection process, in accordance with the internal recruitment policy, ensuring data accuracy.

Coordinates the internal and external publication of recruitment advertisements through all available communication channels.

Manages all internal and external candidate applications in the existing database and ensures that it is kept up to date.

What You’ll Bring 

• University studies – social 

• Speaks English and Romanian at an advanced level 

• Proficient in Excel 

• Good use of Quality Tools (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, SPC, Control Plan) 

• Recruitment and Selection Techniques  

• Open minded, good communicator, proactive and energetic 

• Used to working in a fast moving environment, with tight deadlines and a flexible approach
