Your Mission
Responsible for the internal audit activity, including the development of the annual internal audit plan, ensuring the execution of internal audits in accordance with the plan, and monitoring the implementation of actions defined in the action plans.
Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the pre-series quality activities of new projects by: risk assessment, monitoring specific indicators, preparing and validating documentation within the area of responsibility.

Directly interfaces with the customer on quality-related issues.

Monitors the organization’s performance on customer portals.
-
Analyzes organizational performance data from customer portals.
-
Defines and implements, together with the team, the necessary actions to meet targets.
-
Evaluates customer satisfaction and defines and implements actions for continuous improvement of customer satisfaction.

Actively participates in customer audits.
-
Manages customer complaints.
-
Receives and records customer complaints in the internal database, QIM, and the customer portal.
-
Defines immediate containment measures and sorting actions together with the customer.
-
Understands the reported issues and, together with the team, analyzes customer complaints using specific tools (Ishikawa Diagram and 5 Whys) to identify root causes.

Defines corrective and preventive actions together with the team.

Ensures timely implementation and effectiveness of actions (monitoring production lines to confirm defect reduction).

Continuously informs the customer about the status of analyses and defined actions, ensuring accuracy of information while protecting the group’s interests.

Monitors and minimizes external and internal costs (sorting, nonconformities, returns, etc.).

Analyzes and updates Control Plans and PFMEA following customer complaints.
-
Monitors activity-specific indicators (number of customer complaints, external PPM, response time to complaints).

Requests implementation of the internal quality wall when required (using internal personnel or a sorting company).
-
Defines the control method within the quality wall.
-
Monitors results from the quality wall.
-
Defines and implements the necessary actions to remove the quality wall in the shortest possible time.

Prepares PPAP submissions to the customer when required.
-
Archives finished product samples corresponding to each prepared PPAP.
-
Ensures conditions for PPCR and IPA validation in accordance with applicable GA procedures in their latest revision.
-
Defines the validation plan in case of product changes, both for internal validation and with the customer.
-
Analyzes customer CSRs within the area of responsibility and ensures their implementation.
-
Prepares required reports.

Develops action plans together with the team following customer audits.

Has the authority to grant deviations for delivering products with nonconformities that do not endanger customer satisfaction.

Has the authority to stop and release production lines.
