Mission:

Manage Quality systems in the North American territory to ensure full compliance with Antolin guidelines.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate in the definition and deployment of the Mission within the Quality Systems department.
Align strategy and objectives of the Quality Systems department with those of Antolin Corporate Quality.
Guarantee availability and training of necessary resources and all means required for their functions.
Guarantee correct information flow within the department in all Territories and with Business Units.
Set up and follow-up on Key Process Indicators (KPIs) in order to measure the efficiency of the department. Set up action plans accordingly.
Coordinate the planning and execution of audit plans in NAFTA for quality, customer, and other required certified systems.
Facilitate the assistance needed for all territory action plans follow up from audits.
Implementation of quality, customer, and related systems through all mising facilities in NAFTA.
Responsible for the coordination of training on the Antolin management model for NAFTA.
Coordination and support for all training related to quality, customer, and other certification systems in the territory.

What we are looking for:

Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Quality related field
At least 10 years of experience in automotive business. Minimum 5 years of experience in quality department, advisable experience managing teams.
Self confident, good communication skills, proactive, leadership, able to take decisions, team spirit, analytical, and customer oriented.
Must be able to do basic computer work, stand, and sit in an office and manufacturing plant environment
Visits to Antolin facilites and plants may require extended standing and walking. Ability to move freely in an office or manufacturing environment is required.
Travel: approximately 30% and is subject to change based upon customer needs. Domestic travel within the US: 30%. International travel: up to 5%
