VP Finance & M&A Asia

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring activities across the Asia region, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and financial targets.
• Provide financial leadership and business support to regional management, delivering insights and recommendations to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and value creation.
• Coordinate and oversee regional financial reporting and controlling activities, ensuring compliance with Group policies, internal controls, and applicable regulations.
• Support the development and execution of the regional business strategy through financial analysis, scenario planning, and strategic decision-making support.
• Identify, assess, and monitor financial and business risks within the region, proposing and implementing appropriate mitigation plans.
• Lead Mergers & Acquisitions activities across Asia, including target identification, valuation, due diligence, business case development, transaction execution, and post-deal integration support.
• Develop financial models and strategic analyses to evaluate acquisitions, investments, divestitures, partnerships, and other growth initiatives.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify expansion opportunities and support the company's long-term growth strategy in the region.
• Manage relationships with financial institutions, external advisors, investment partners, and other stakeholders involved in corporate development activities.
• Drive regional transformation, restructuring, and performance improvement initiatives, ensuring financial discipline and sustainable value creation.
• Collaborate closely with Corporate Finance and regional leadership teams to ensure alignment between regional priorities and Group strategic objectives.
• Deploy the company's sustainable development convictions, targets, and the implementation of the sustainable business roadmap.
