Senior Project Quality Engineer
- Take full responsibility for end-to-end quality management of door panel and instrument panel projects, leading quality planning, control, and delivery acceptance throughout the development phase.
- Act as the primary quality interface with OEM customers, interpreting and implementing customer technical standards and requirements (e.g. VDA, VOL), ensuring full compliance with customer specifications and the IATF 16949 quality management system.
- Lead APQP and PPAP activities, coordinating cross-functional teams (R&D, Process Engineering, Production) to complete DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, and related process and product audits.
- Identify and manage quality risks during project development, driving structured problem-solving using methodologies such as 8D and 5 Why, and ensuring issues are effectively closed through closed-loop management.
- Manage and support customer audits (including process audits and PPAP approvals), lead corrective actions for non-conformities, and maintain effective communication with customers.
- Establish and maintain efficient collaboration mechanisms with European quality teams and OEM customers, regularly reporting project quality status through English meetings and written reports.
