Project Manager

-To ensure the fulfilment of the objectives of quality, cost, time, profitability and legal requirements
 -To be the guarantor of confidentiality in the scope of the project, both internal as external.
 -To be responsible for the client about the project management in coordination with the KAM representing the GRUPO ANTOLIN
 -To coordinate the project team, involving all the Departments involved in the management of projects
 -To deploy the objectives of the project to the project team, ensuring its coordination
 -To define the project planning and monitor 
 -To establish and plan the effective use of the resources for the achievement of the objectives.
 -To establish the necessary guidelines for the implementation of the work of the project team 
 -To program and make regular meetings with the Project team for monitoring and review the project status, documenting them through minutes
 -To schedule and execute the phase closures evaluating all related activities ensuring their correlation with the major milestones of the project according to the planning of the project.
 -To develop and manage the project risks and the plans the action to minimize and/or cancel their risk.
 -To supervise the interfaces and activities between the members of the project team, ensuring their coordination in the operation
 -To prepare the budget of the project and to manage it while ensuring its compliance.
 -To monitor the project economically
 -To manage the modifications of the product-process including their economical impact which must be supported by the customer depending on the responsibility of the change.
 -To apply an effective communication system about the project information to the project team and other involved parties.
 -To capitalize the knowledge acquired during the development of the project , in benefit of future projects.
