Project Manager

Support prototype development activities for new projects, including sample preparation, assembly trials, and engineering validation.

Manage prototype materials, inventory, and storage areas during project development phases.

Support purchasing and supplier coordination activities related to prototype and development requirements.

Communicate effectively with customer engineering teams to obtain feedback from prototype builds, vehicle assembly trials, and validation activities.

Provide technical support and process solutions to both local and global customers throughout product development stages.

Participate in the development, validation, and continuous improvement of components, subassemblies, and manufacturing processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Define, develop, and optimize product manufacturing processes, tooling concepts, packaging solutions, and assembly methods.

Prepare and maintain project engineering documentation, including process definitions, work instructions, feasibility studies, and engineering reports.

Support APQP activities, launch preparations, and engineering change implementation.

Identify and report technical, quality, and process-related issues during project execution, and support corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with customer requirements, internal engineering standards, quality requirements, and company procedures.

Participate in technical training and continuously develop professional engineering capabilities.

Support continuous improvement initiatives related to product design, manufacturing efficiency, quality performance, and cost optimization.

Perform other duties and assignments as required by the direct supervisor.
