Product System BU Director

Business Development Support

• Partner with Commercial teams to support customer engagement, RFQs, and project nomination activities
• Lead engineering concept development, feasibility studies, and technical solution definition for Headliners, Doors, and Cockpits
• Provide robust engineering and project inputs to ensure competitive, feasible, and reliable quotations

Engineering Leadership

• Lead and develop the Engineering organization within the Business Unit
• Ensure engineering activities are aligned with customer requirements, regulatory standards, and Antolin global engineering processes
• Drive continuous improvement in product design quality, development efficiency, and technical robustness

Project Management & Execution

• Oversee Project Management teams and ensure structured execution from project nomination through SOP and mass production
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with Quality, Cost, Timing and Performance (QCTP) objectives
• Proactively manage project risks, resources, and cross‑functional coordination

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, and Supply Chain teams to support industrialization and successful launches
• Ensure smooth handover from development to series production

People & Organization Development

• Build, lead, and develop high‑performing Engineering and Project Management teams
