Key Account Manager

1. Act as the company's frontline contact with customers, responsible for establishing and maintaining sound customer relationships.
2. Proactively obtain new RFQs from customers and assume full responsibility for developing new business through standardized and efficient management of the entire bidding process.
3. Conduct proactive, timely and effective communication with internal departments and external customers to ensure smooth information transmission.
4. Undertake the maintenance of existing customer business, optimize customer cooperation experience, and ensure the achievement of established sales targets.
5. Carry out business development for new customers and new strategic products, explore market potential, and continuously increase market share.
6. Participate in the formulation, review and promotion of strategic plans, business plans and budget plans related to the responsible customers.
7. Conduct LTA (Long-Term Agreement) negotiations in strict accordance with the company's established targets and specifications.
8. Strengthen the management of customer receivables, take preventive measures to avoid overdue receivables and ensure the safety and timeliness of fund recovery.
9. Ensure that all relevant personnel fully understand and strictly comply with the established processes, including organizing process training, issuing process change notifications, and conducting regular compliance supervision and inspection.
10. Participate in internal and external audits, track the identification of nonconformities, and elaborate, implement and follow up the corrective action plans to ensure effective closure of nonconformities.
