Innovation Engineer
- Lead technical innovation activities for automotive interior systems, focusing on advanced trim technologies and functional integration, from concept definition to technical feasibility and industrialization readiness.
- Work closely with OEM interior teams to capture technical requirements, co-develop innovative solutions, and validate them through Proof of Concept (PoC) and pre-development projects.
- Drive PoC and pre-development activities, including technical specification definition, prototype development, supplier coordination, and technical evaluation of solutions.
- Identify and introduce emerging technologies via active engagement with the innovation ecosystem (suppliers, startups, research institutes, etc.), supporting Antolin’s innovation roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transfer of innovative technologies into product development and series projects.
- Maintain strong technical alignment with Antolin Headquarter innovation team in Europe, ensuring consistency of technical standards, methodologies, and innovation priorities.
