Roles and responsibilities:

Manage the operative result for the JIT and make sure no line stoppage of customers
Work independently and manage the JIT operations efficiently and with full accountability.
Coordinate, supervise and follow the annual budget to assure the meeting of the rules stated
Investment Plans application. Improvement Plans regarding the profitability of products.
Total Quality Implementation and observance.
Analysis and Follow up of the Factory results.
Coordinate Labor contractors.
Assure safety regulations accomplishment and safety work environment in the factory.
To ensure Quality System accomplishment.
Guarantee and implement Grupo Antolin Compliance directives in the JIT center.
Integrate and monitor sustainability in the decisions and daily actions of the company's professionals, focusing on their impact for the future of the business.
Management of the Logistics shop-floor teams (Supervisors and/or Leaders) & manage efficiently Third Party Logistics Service Provider.

Qualifications / Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering or in related field

10+ years of experience in a similar role
Working experience of any automotive Tier -1 would be an added advantage
