Job Description : To support global Tooling Information & Invoicing Sheet( Europe / North America ) / global plants for global projects support activities from India activities mentioned below.

1.Define and develop tool specification inline with product requirement.

2.Define customer specification and identification for tool before invoicing.

3.Knowledge of tool costing.

4.Knowledge tool criticality and life of tool.

5.Good understanding of part drawing study, ensure All the Notes written on part drawing are accomplished.

6.Can able to study and validate tool inspection report and material test report.

7.Ensure part quality as per defined specification before tool buy off.

8.Ensure all connectors as per Plant standard.

9.Ensure Platen size considered as per tool specification and machine definition.

10.Knowledge of molding process to ensure cycle time as defined in spec sheet,

11.Ensure all tool parts drawing and electrical circuit diagram available for inspection before tooling buy off.

Skills Required:

Total Experience: 8+ years experience in Plastic product.

Minimum: 5 years experience in Tool manufacturing Industry.Desirable: experience in Hard and Soft Trim Tool design and Development.
