Mission:
To ensure that the Manufactured parts & processes meet quality standards & specifications.
Responsibilities:

Inspection and Testing:
Performing visual and dimensional inspections of automotive components using various measuring tools.

Data Collection and Analysis:
Gathering and analyzing data related to quality performance, such as defect rates and process variations.

Defect Identification and Reporting:
Identifying and reporting defects, ensuring timely corrective actions are taken.

Process Improvement:
Contributing to process improvement initiatives, such as implementing quality control measures and reducing waste.

Documentation:
Maintaining accurate records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions.

Collaboration:
Working with other team members, such as production personnel and engineers, to address quality issues.

Compliance:
Ensuring compliance with relevant quality standards, regulations, and procedures.

Problem Solving:
Identifying root causes of quality problems and developing solutions to prevent recurrence.

Continuous Improvement:
Contributing to the continuous improvement of quality processes and systems.

Training:
Training other employees on quality procedures and standards.
What we are looking for:
Experience - Relevant experience of 4 to 8 years
Qualification - Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
