Job Responsibilities:

Documentation of executed & planned maintenance activities.
Execution of Preventive & Predictive Maintenance activities as per schedule.
Troubleshooting /attending breakdowns.(Minimizing down time).
To maintain target of MTTR,MTBF & % of breakdown
Why - why analysis on Critical & Repetitive breakdowns
Improvements activities in machines, Utilities & Assembly.
Reduced repeatative breakdown
Handling Manpower, its shift schedule
System implementation ISO, IATF 16949, GA Procedures
To repair faulty spares in ready to use condition.
Operation & maintenance of Utility equipment’s (Hopper Dryer, HRS temp controller, Chiller, MTC, Complete Pump House, STP Plant, Water softening Plant, Air compressor, 40/20 T EOT Crane)
Deciding, planning & implementing corrective & preventive actions with possible horizontal deployment for non-occurrence of the same fault again.
Updating of UET’s as per monthly schedules
Checking daily Energy consumption Updation, Daily Diesel consumption updating, Oil, Grease.
Working on Energy saving projects

Qualification - DEE

Experience - 15 yrs
