Job Description:

Lead global product engineering team for IP & Cockpit programs.
Developing the capabilities into team working on various new product engineering activities
Monitoring global projects requirements and plan the resources to support
Build the skill matrix of teams and execute the training plan for improving the efficiency , quality and on time delivery etc.
Achieve business plan set during the budget
Team building and supporting team engagement activities
Lead end-to-end development of Cockpit systems, acting as the primary engineering interface with customers in collaboration with global team.

Support Product engineers for various documentation
Create and update functional analysis and pilot DFMEA, initial and successive updates.
Support Project Logistic Eng. in the definition of finished product packaging and productive materials packaging concept.
Release Request for Purchase (RFP) to purchase for project productive materials
Manage the purchase and production of prototypes, applying self-control according to prototypes control plan and coordinate their delivery to the Customer, together with the involved documents.
Release RFP (initial and modifications) of productive materials and finished product packaging (prototype packaging & complete packaging fleet)
Coordinate the approval of the transport trials for finished product packaging
Assure the coherence among product documents and the documents released by other project team members, and keep informed other team members about their availability and update.
