Mission: 

Assist the Facilities Manager in managing and coordinating the safety and maintenance of all equipment needs of owned and leased facilities.  Oversee service and maintenance of production equipment, building maintenance, and completion of miscellaneous maintenance projects.

Responsibilies: 

• Responsible to ensure that high standards of safety are developed, met, and maintained on all equipment.
• Develops, schedules, and controls a preventive and predictive maintenance program to maintain production machinery and equipment in proper working condition.
• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in the maintenance, electrical, and mechanical operations.
• Inspects jobs in process and at completion to ensure that standards of workmanship and safety are maintained.
• Ensures proper maintenance of facility machinery, building, and grounds.
• Maintains inventories of maintenance material, supplies, and repair parts at required levels by initiating requisitions for purchase; periodically reviews inventory for proper upkeep at plant facilities.
• Recommends, plans, and implements equipment needs to improve production efficiency and/or cost reduction procedures.
• Responsible for electrical and mechanical equipment layouts and the modification of facilities within the plant.
• Responsibility to ensure that all equipment and furnishings are maintained in a safe, operable conditions and/or arranges for replacement.
• Arrange for or provide training for maintenance personnel and production associates as it relates to the safety and maintenance needs of equipment and the facility.
•  Additional responsibilities per Policies and Procedures.
• Assist the Facilities Manager in all other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for: 

Educational Requirements: Associates degree related to Industrial, Mechanial, or Electrical.

Professional Experience: 2-5 Years of relevant Maintenacne experience and 2-5 years supervisory experience.

Physical ability to work in plant environment
Physically able to operate computer terminal

Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and follow through
Computer literate
Ability to prioritize tasks
Good organizational skills
Working knowledge of MP2 

Working knowledge of SAP

Compensation: 

USD 85,000-90,000 Annual
