Quality Technician

Mission:

As a Quality Technician Driver at Antolin, you will play a key role in the development and improvement of automotive interior products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality, to ensure the successful execution of projects and the delivery of high-quality products to our customers. This position requires a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all quality inspections are conducted and completed to the required instructions.
• Ensure required traceability and identifications are completed and in place.
• Ensure all product and process audits are completed per instructions.
• Working knowledge of basic measuring devices—calipers, micrometers, and scales
• Train self- certified operators.
• Ensure associates conduct appropriate product and process evaluations.
• Verify Error Proofing logs
• Assist production and suppliers in organizing sorts and containments
• Maintain order and cleanliness of laboratory – reporting to Quality Laboratory Supervisor
• Maintains testing, record keeping per Quality Laboratory Supervisor and company Record Retention Matrix in regard to anything to do with the laboratory and testing they are performing

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 / 2 years in a quality position
• Technical Capabilities, Organizational Skills, Problem Solving / Analytical, Customer Focus, Time Management, Teamwork, Ability to handle change
• Excellent Attendance Record
