Mission:

To define the essential duties, responsibilities and minimum requirements of the Maintenance Manager.

Responsibilities:

Develop and help in development of yearly, 3 year and 5 year budgets for expendable and capital equipment. Also develop improvement programs and training plans.
Develop a preventative maintenance plan for all key equipment in plant based on manufacturers’ recommendation and data collected form breakdowns entered in SAP system.
Control all incoming customer assets, assigning customer asset numbers, and insuring proper storage of assets.
Responsible for compliance with all governmental regulations pertaining to environmental, health, and safety. Insures applicable regulations and subsequent permits are in place and current.

Establishment of tool identification, defining the status, such as production, repair, or disposal on all tooling as notified of its arrival.
Responsible for all new building construction, including installation of new equipment and ensuring contractors follow safety rules and regulations.
System Requirements - Comply with the requirements of the companies Quality Manual, Environmental Manual, procedures, and instructions.
Assist in development of environmental objectives and targets

What we are looking for:

High School Diploma / Associates Degree
3 - 5 years of maintenance experience including supervision in automotive facility.
Teamwork, High Negotiation and Communication Skills, Resilience with Proactive approach.
Technical capacity, organizational skills, problem solving/analytical, customer/client focus, time management, collaboration, performance management, leadership.
