Mission:

The mission of this role is to support the Global Head of Tax in managing the in‑house global Transfer Pricing function, ensuring proper oversight of the Global Transfer Pricing Policy. This includes implementing and maintaining Transfer Pricing methodologies, participating in governance routines, and reviewing data sources to identify new intercompany relationships on time. The role also assists with other tax matters, mainly indirect taxation, and acts as a liaison with key internal stakeholders. A part of the mission is to help coordinate the annual Transfer Pricing documentation process with the external vendor and handle interactions with external auditors, tax authority audit queries, or regulatory investigations.


Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes and interprets tax laws and regulations
  • Researches and analyzes transfer pricing matters
  • Oversees the preparation of transfer pricing compliance and reporting requirements
  • Identifies and implements process improvements

 

 

We are looking for:

The candidate must be able to manage several projects at one time and engage with senior individuals in business and support functions. An energy to learn about the Company’s businesses and manage tax risk effectively and efficiently are required, as well as strong written and oral communication skills. Both an independent working bias and an ability to operate within cross-functional teams are also important.

  • Bachelor’s degree in tax related field
  • Working knowledge of OECD Guidelines and Transfer Pricing Regulations
  • 5+ years’ experience in law firm, accounting firm or financial services specializing in transfer pricing
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Effective communication skills. The role involves frequent communication with senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Indirect taxation knowledge is a plus
  • Fluent in Spanish/English
