Mission:

As a Project Process Engineer, your mission is to drive the successful design, development, and optimisation of manufacturing processes that enhance quality, efficiency, and sustainability. You will play a key role in translating project requirements into practical engineering solutions, ensuring alignment with technical standards, safety regulations, and business objectives. By collaborating across multidisciplinary teams, you will contribute to delivering innovative, cost-effective, and reliable processes that support the company’s long term growth and customer satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities:

Design and implement innovative production processes for door panels and pillars

Work with technologies: foaming, lamination - fabric lamination, plastic cutting, robotic milling, laser cutting, use welding - vibration, infrared and ultrasonic; influence assembly

Work with a multidisciplinary development and production team to achieve excellent results

Use 3P methods and communicate with production plants

Define processes, layouts, material flows and determine production cycles and cycles

 

 

For our Project Process Engineer, we are looking for:

Degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or a related technical field

Experience in process engineering (or a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge)

Hands on experience with relevant technologies and proficiency in process analysis tools

Ability to communicate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively in diverse teams

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail

Understanding of technical standards and regulations, with a commitment to applying them responsibly

Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

Fluent in Czech and English additional languages are a plus.

Experience with Automotive Interior Plastic and Hard Trim parts

Familiarity with automotive industry standards and customer requirements.
