IPDP Product Engineer

Define product concepts and technical solutions based on customer specifications, internal design standards and lessons learned.
Lead product engineering activities for interior components such as instrument panels, cockpit, center console, door panels and hard trims.
Coordinate with CAD, CAE, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, suppliers and project teams to ensure product feasibility and full vehicle integration.
Manage engineering deliverables across concept, prototype, validation, launch and serial life phases to meet project milestones.
Prepare and maintain key engineering documents including BOM, drawings, master sections, technical specifications, functional analysis and DFMEA.
Review product requirements, identify special and critical characteristics, conduct GD&T studies and support design-for-manufacturing improvements.
Support design reviews, DMU reviews, engineering review reports, PPCR gates and validation planning; follow up corrective actions for open issues.
Act as the technical interface with customers and internal teams, supporting feasibility analysis, technical clarification and issue resolution.
Manage prototype build, product validation support, IMDS data, engineering changes and drawing releases during development and launch.
