Mission:

• The CMM Programmer is to develop, optimize, and maintain precise CMM inspection programs that ensure components meet engineering specifications, customer requirements, and quality standards.  This role supports manufacturing by providing accurate dimensional data, identifying potential quality issues, and driving corrective actions to maintain product integrity.  

Responsibilities:

• Develop, program, and optimize CMM inspection programs using appropriate CMM software.
• Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirements to create accurate inspection routines.
• Perform dimensional inspections of production parts.
• Identify dimensional non-conformances and communicate findings.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective action activities related to dimensional issues. 
• Ensure CMM equipment is calibrated, maintained, and operating according to industrial standards.

What we are looking for:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality or equivalent work experience in the automotive industry.
• CMM Programming along with Laser Scanning
• TS-16949 experience required.
