As a plant Operational Excellence Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in driving continuous improvement initiatives and promoting a culture of operational excellence within the factory . You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, Logistics, HR, quality assurance, and maintenance, to identify process inefficiencies and implement effective solutions to optimize productivity, reduce costs, and enhance overall operational performance.
