Project Quality Engineer

Position Title: Project Quality Engineer

Job Functions:
1.As the quality representative for new projects, lead and coordinate internal and external quality related matters during new projects.
2.Create and update the DV&PV test plan for new projects, and monitor the progress of the test according to the plan after obtaining customer's approval.
3.Participate in DFMEA and PFMEA reviews for new projects.
4.Create and update quality related documents such as special feature list, control plan, inspection guide for new projects.
5.Establish standard requirements for new products and determine acceptance or rejection of EI first samples submitted to customers.
6.Follow up and handle customer complaints during new projects.
7.Preparation and submission of PPAP information.
8.Work with project team to predict, warn and eliminate new project quality related risks in advance.
9.Prepare and participate in ongoing new project customer visits or audits.
10.Prepare and participate in external project audits with the team.

Requirements:
1. College degree or above, majoring in electronics, machinery, quality management, automotive and other engineering disciplines is preferred.
2. More than 3 years quality work experience in automotive or automotive electronics industry is preferred.
3. Familiar with IATF16949 quality management system and quality tools such as APQP, FMEA, SPC.
4. Proficiency in English.
