Industrialization Engineer
Position Title: Industrialization Engineer
Job Functions:
1. Review new project products (3D & 2D) and analyze process solutions;
2. Formulate plans for the assembly line of new projects;
3. Complete the CDC documents for the assembly line;
4. Conduct design review & preliminary acceptance of the assembly line and follow up on problem points;
5. Prepare IE process documents;
6. Follow up on the installation and commissioning of the new assembly line in the production workshop;
7. Provide operational training for operators;
8. Manage the release and efficiency of the assembly line;
9. Follow up on major issues and final acceptance after the assembly line is released.
Requirements:
1. Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering major is preferred;
2. Proficient in mechanical design principles and with experience in following up on automated equipment;
3. Proficient in IE (Industrial Engineering) methods, cutting processes, and assembly processes;
4. Have a certain understanding of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programming (experience in Omron PLC programming is a plus); those who can independently debug equipment programs are given priority;
5. Have 2 years or more of experience in new equipment introduction in the automotive parts industry; priority is given to candidates with more than 4 years of total work experience;
6. Proficient in using Solidworks/Pro-E/Auto CAD;
7. Candidates familiar with the IATF16949/APQP procedures in the automotive industry are preferred.
