INMA02-NP 2026 Maintenance Tech.

Job Functions:
1.Perform product model changeover in accordance with production schedules.
2.Capable of resolving minor SMT quality issues.
3.Capable of conducting basic maintenance on SMT equipment.
4.Capable of repairing and maintaining SMT feeders, fixtures and placement heads.
5.Capable of troubleshooting minor SMT equipment faults.
6.Capable of programming SMT equipment.
7.Capable of training operators on equipment operation.

Requirements:
1.Secondary vocational school or above, major in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics/Electronics preferred.
2.3+ years of working experience in SMT equipment maintenance, with solid competence in equipment maintenance, fine-tuning and routine upkeep.
3.Experience in programming and adjusting Fuji SMT placement machines is a strong plus.
4.Familiar with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection protocols in the workshop and PCBA manufacturing process.
5.Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
6.Ability to read English technical documents is preferred.
7.This position requires working on a rotating two-shift schedule.
