INMA02-NP 2026 Maintenance Tech.

Job Functions:
1.Perform daily inspection, maintenance & debugging of injection molding machines, resolve process & mold issues to ensure stable production.
2.Handle equipment failure emergencies.
3.Support engineers in equipment improvement & process optimization to boost quality and efficiency.
4.Assist in on-site equipment upgrading and workstation automation retrofitting.
5.Execute and manage equipment preventive maintenance plans.
6.Train operators on troubleshooting and compile work instructions.

Requirements:
1.Secondary vocational school or above, major in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics/Electronics preferred.
2.3+ years of experience in injection molding machine adjustment and maintenance, able to operate machines independently.
3.Experience with Haitian & Toshiba injection molding machines is a plus.
4.Basic computer literacy.
5.Electrician certificate preferred.
6.English reading ability for technical materials is a plus.
7.Available for two-shift work.
