INMA02-Mold Maintenance Engineer

Position Title: Mold Maintenance Engineer

Job Functions:
1. Lead day-to-day management of the injection mold maintenance team, including personnel administration, overtime scheduling and on-site task coordination.
2. Develop and optimize mold maintenance plans, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and standardized record forms.
3. Conduct root cause analysis of mold failures and implement corrective improvements to reduce unplanned downtime.
4. Provide on-site technical guidance for complex and high-difficulty mold repair issues.
5. Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration with production, quality and other related departments.
6. Manage the acceptance process for molds of new projects and outsourced repaired molds.
7. Support the quality department in internal and external audits covering production and mold management processes.

Requirements:
1. Technical secondary school diploma or higher; preference given to candidates with a background in mechanical or mold engineering.  
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in plastic mold manufacturing and maintenance.  
3. Familiar with injection mold fundamentals, with basic proficiency in UG and CAD drawing software.
4. Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration capabilities.
