Position Title: Launching Engineer

Job Responsibilities
1、Establish and manage work in accordance with the production launch process.
2、Compile project documents for mass production transfer of new projects and summarize outstanding issues.
3、Conduct monitoring and tracking during the initial mass production phase to ensure timely improvement and resolution of related issues, meeting the predefined quality targets.
4、Formulate ramp-up plans to ensure that production capacity meets the project goals.
5、Organize regular production launch review meetings, conduct effective communication with all functional departments in a clear and concise manner, and ensure the achievement of project objectives (time/cost/performance) within the specified timeframe for a smooth transition to mass production.
6、Collect and organize lessons learned from production launch projects, and establish and share a lessons learned database.
7、Coordinate resources across departments to manage Engineering Change Notices (ECN) in accordance with the ECN process.
8、Host regular ECN meetings to track ECN status, push team members to complete related tasks on schedule, and share ECN progress with all departments.
9、Continuously optimize the change management process to ensure compliance with laws, regulations and the company’s quality management system, and improve the efficiency of related work.
10、Be responsible for the company’s project change management, lead the promotion and closure of changes, including internal and customer-facing change communication.
11、Lead the approval of new projects for mass production. After the completion of new project development and small-batch trial production, conduct project acceptance during the initial mass production phase to realize the transition of products from development to mass production.

Requirements:
1、Graduated from industrial technology or engineering related majors.
2、Over 3 years of experience in production launch/project management; automotive industry experience is preferred.
3、Excellent communication, coordination and team leadership skills; strong planning and analytical capabilities.
4、Good English reading and writing skills.
