ININ02-NP 2026 Process Engineer

Position Title: Electronic Process Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1.Assist in the early-stage industrialization development of electronic projects, including circuit analysis, component solderability analysis, and Gerber file verification.

2.Responsible for the development and maintenance of SMT equipment, with essential competencies in SMT equipment setup and calibration. Proficient in mounter programming (familiar with Fuji NXT mounters), SPI/AOI programming and parameter tuning, as well as parameter configuration and adjustment of reflow ovens.

3.Provide SMT process support, independently complete SMT process development, and formulate a full set of process documents including process flow charts, PFMEA, work instructions (WI) and SMT process specifications.

4.Analyze and resolve SMT process abnormalities. Possess solid electronic failure analysis experience, capable of locating root causes of abnormalities based on circuit schematics and implementing targeted corrective solutions.

5.Drive continuous improvement of SMT processes to steadily elevate SMT quality performance and improve production throughput efficiency.

6.Capable of equipment abnormality troubleshooting, identifying failure points of equipment and proposing feasible solutions.

7.Guide daily setup and routine maintenance of SMT equipment, and instruct on-site technicians to carry out periodic equipment maintenance to ensure stable equipment operation.

Requirements:

1.Majors in industrial technology, electronic engineering or other science and engineering disciplines are preferred.

2.College diploma or above; bachelor's degree is preferred.

3.3+ years of industrialization management experience, with hands-on experience in electronic PCBA development; working experience in automotive or electronics industry is preferred.

4.Familiar with the IATF 16949 quality management system.

5.Strong communication, coordination and team leadership skills, with sound planning and analytical capabilities.

6.Good command of English reading and writing; CET-4 certificate or above is preferred.
