INCA08-IQC Engineer

Position Title: IQC Engineer

Job Functions:
1、When non-conformances (NC) arise, support suppliers in formulating corrective and improvement actions and drive the implementation of these measures.
2、Supervise suppliers in carrying out continuous performance improvement work.
3、Develop special improvement projects for suppliers ranked at the bottom of performance evaluations or key suppliers.
4、Be responsible for supplier audit work.
5、Follow up on supplier change requests related to quality during the mass production phase.
6、Take charge of the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and factory validation for designated materials, including change validation during the mass production phase.
7、Possess the ability to formulate Incoming Control Guidelines (ICG) and provide training to Incoming Quality Control (IQC) inspectors.
8、Other duties: Complete all tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements:
1、Bachelor's degree or above; at least 3 years of experience in quality management, with automotive industry experience preferred.
2、Familiar with PCBs, electronic components and injection-molded parts; capable of timely identifying defects in these items and proposing improvement suggestions.
3、Proficient in handling incoming material abnormalities, compiling relevant reports and following up with suppliers for resolution.
4、Excellent supplier management and communication skills.
5、Strong quality management awareness and familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO9000 and IATF16949.
6、Proficient in English with the ability to conduct daily oral communication.
