INCA03-Customer Quality Supervisor

Position Title: Customer Quality Supervisor

Job Functions:
1、Process all customers' 0km and market complaints.
2、Feedback the problem points of 0km and market complaints to the internal factory and respond to customers quickly.
3、Organize problem solving meeting to promote improvement within the factory. And provide 8D report to customer.
4、Responsible for tracking and driving the customer complaint problem solving process until closure. Leading the implementation of horizontal expansion.
5、Responsible for regularly browsing customer website information, and timely reporting of important information.
6、Responsible for the audit from the customer. (Especially due to customer complaints caused by the customer site audit).
7、Maintain customer relations.

Requirements:
1、Bachelor degree or above, engineering, mechanical or electrical majors are preferred.
2, more than 5 years quality related work experience in automotive industry, familiar with OEM OEM requirements.
3, good team management and cooperation ability, strong communication and social skills.
4, familiar with IATF16949 and related quality tools such as FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, 8D, etc..
5、Fluent in spoken English.
6、Ability to adapt to travel and socialize, strong social skills.
