Mission:

The successful candidate will be responsible for bridging business and technology by designing, developing, and deploying data-driven and AI-powered solutions on Palantir Foundry and AIP. The role aims to transform complex business challenges into scalable digital products that enhance decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and support Grupo Antolin's global digital transformation strategy.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Finance, HR, and Engineering to identify challenges and improvement opportunities.
Translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions and operational applications.
Facilitate functional workshops and support solution design activities.
Design and maintain enterprise ontologies, data models, and transformation pipelines within Palantir Foundry.
Develop operational applications, dashboards, and decision-support tools.
Build and deploy AI-powered solutions leveraging Palantir AIP, including intelligent agents, RAG architectures, and business assistants.
Integrate corporate platforms and systems such as SAP, MES, PLM, logistics systems, APIs, Data Lakes, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
Lead digital use cases from concept through implementation and production deployment.
Drive user adoption, measure business impact, and promote continuous improvement.
Identify new opportunities to leverage Data and Artificial Intelligence across the organization.
Contribute to the evolution of Grupo Antolin's digital platform and promote best practices.

We are looking for:

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
Experience developing enterprise software, digital products, or data-driven solutions.
Strong Python programming skills.
Solid knowledge of SQL and data modelling.
Experience with APIs and system integrations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Fluent English.

Nice to have:

Experience with Palantir Foundry.
Experience with Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.
Knowledge of Azure, SAP, or enterprise platforms.
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or automotive environments.
Background in Data Engineering, Analytics, or Data Science.
