Mission
The Data Scientist is responsible for developing advanced analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence solutions to support Advanced Manufacturing and Industry 4.0/5.0 initiatives. Working closely with Manufacturing, Operations, IT, and Digital teams, the role transforms industrial data into actionable insights, predictive models, and intelligent applications that improve operational efficiency, product quality, sustainability, and business performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy Machine Learning, AI, and Advanced Analytics solutions for manufacturing optimization.
- Analyze operational and industrial data to identify improvement opportunities and generate actionable insights.
- Build predictive models for maintenance, quality, process performance, energy efficiency, and forecasting.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, IT, and Digital teams to solve business challenges through data-driven approaches.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to technical and business stakeholders.
- Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve deployed analytical models.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging AI and Industry 4.0/5.0 technologies to support digital transformation.
We are looking for:
We are looking for a Data Scientist passionate about leveraging data, Machine Learning, and AI to drive innovation in manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and technical skills with a business-oriented mindset and enjoys collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions.
- 3+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics.
- Strong expertise in Python, SQL, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
- Experience building and deploying Machine Learning and AI solutions that generate business value.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Grafana, or Tableau.
- Ability to work closely with Manufacturing, Operations, IT, and Digital teams, translating business challenges into actionable insights.
- Curiosity, innovation mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong focus on continuous improvement and digital transformation.
