INGP11-NP 2026 Production Planning

• Plan the work schedule of the production department using customer schedules, capacity, available inventory, and racking.
• Determine production timing by considering raw material availability, production lead time, and customer due date.
• Makes changes when necessary, such as when resources do not arrive as planned or when equipment fails.
• Monitors finished goods inventory levels to keep at an appropriate level.
• Sets schedule for tool changes and determines proper tools requiring preheating based on upcoming production
requirements.
• Comply with the requirements of the companies Quality Manual, Environmental Manual, Procedures, Process Cards, and
SAP Manual/Instructions.
• Communicate schedules to the production department and establish priorities according to customer needs, capacity,
material, racking, and manpower constraints.
• Work with all departments to help resolve issues preventing schedules from being met according to plan.
