Mission:

The Network Operations team is looking for a Network Operator who attend Grupo Antolín networking and security infrastructure solutions performing Level 2 support and directly in contact with Level 3 and manufacturers support teams

Responsibilities:

Network Administration:
• Manage and configure network routing and switching platforms, with a strong focus on Cisco devices.
• Hands-on experience configuring and managing VLANs, trunking, and inter-VLAN routing
• Administer and support advanced VPN solutions, including remote access and site-to-site connections.
• Manage and troubleshoot Cisco wireless devices (AP, WLC)to ensure seamless connectivity.
• Apply expertise in IT/OT network design, including segmentation and isolation strategies.
• Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN technologies, including MPLS and SD-WAN.
• Configure and optimize static and dynamic routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
• Use tools like SolarWinds to monitor network performance and resolve connectivity, latency, and bandwidth issues.
• Switching Protocol: VLAN, TRUNKING, VTP, Intervlan, STP, Portfast, and ETHERCHANNEL, DHCP, HSRP, VRRP, GLBP.
• Experience deploying and managing Cisco StackWise for switch stacking in campus environments.
• Knowledge of optimizing STP for loop prevention and redundancy in large networks.
• Work with Cisco Call Manager as needed

Security Administration:
• Configure, monitor, and maintain firewalls (Palo Alto, FortiGate) to ensure robust network security.
• Hands-on experience with Firewall Upgradation and HA Failover.
• Should be able to perform advance troubleshooting.
• Implement and manage IP networking and Internet technologies with security best practices.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and enforce security measures to safeguard IT/OT environments.

Cloud Networking & Documentation:
• Work with cloud networking and security solutions (AWS, Azure, etc.) as needed.
• Maintain and update network diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Incident Management & Support:
• Handle incident and request tickets effectively, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Provide L2 support for escalated issues and assist with root cause analysis and resolution.
• Work in a rotating shift schedule, including on-call support, to ensure 24x7 availability.
Continuous Improvement & Learning:
• Stay updated on emerging network and security technologies and best practices.
• Adapt to and support new systems and technologies in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements.

What we are looking for:

4-7 years of relevant experience
Intermediate experience with network operations & Management including cloud networking.

Experience with network configuration management
